What is Afterpay?
Afterpay lets you buy now and pay over time. You split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments, with the first payment due at checkout and the remaining three charged automatically every 2 weeks.
How to pay with Afterpay
- Choose your trailerAdd the trailer you want to your cart and go to checkout.
- Select AfterpayIn the payment section, choose Afterpay as your payment method and place your order.
- Log in or sign upYou are taken to Afterpay to log in, or to create an account in a few minutes. Afterpay checks eligibility instantly.
- Confirm your planReview your payment schedule and confirm. Your first payment is collected now.
- Order confirmedYou return to Cargotrailer with your order confirmed, and we start processing it right away.
Example payment schedule
For a purchase split into 4 payments, the schedule looks like this:

Eligibility and limits
- You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States.
- You need a valid debit or credit card and a US billing address.
- Approval and spending limits are set by Afterpay and are based on factors such as your payment history. Afterpay may not be available for every order amount. If Afterpay is not offered for your order, you can choose another payment method.
Missed payments
Afterpay is interest-free when you pay on time. If a payment is missed, Afterpay may charge late fees. For full details, please see Afterpay’s own terms on the Afterpay website or app.
Returns and refunds with Afterpay
If you return an order paid with Afterpay, we process the refund to Afterpay. Afterpay then adjusts your payment plan and refunds any installments you have already paid. See our Refund & Return Policy.
Managing your payments
