We understand that purchasing a cargo trailer is a major investment, and waiting weeks for delivery is simply not an option. That is why we have streamlined our logistics network to guarantee that your trailer will be delivered to your property within a maximum of 10 days.

Please review our exact shipping procedures below to understand how we transport oversized vehicles directly to your location.

1. Where We Ship:

Because cargo trailers are massive vehicles requiring specialized commercial transport, our delivery footprint is strictly focused on the mainland.

  • We currently ship to: All 48 contiguous United States.
  • We do not ship to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations. Due to the physical size of our products, we absolutely cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or U.S. territories.

2. Handling Time:

We work diligently to ensure your trailer is thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and that all Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin (title) paperwork is legally processed before it leaves our yard.

  • Orders are processed within: 1 to 2 business days.
  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the following business day.
  • Please note that orders are not processed, finalized, or dispatched from our yard on weekends or national holidays.

3. Delivery Timeframes:

We offer a fast, reliable 10-day maximum delivery guarantee from the moment your payment is secured.

  • Estimated delivery time after your order is shipped: * Domestic (Contiguous U.S.): 3 to 8 business days in transit.
    • International: We do not offer international shipping.
  • Total Delivery Time: Factoring in our 1-2 day handling time and 3-8 day transit time, your trailer will arrive within 10 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your exact location, distance from our Pennsylvania yard, and adverse weather conditions affecting highway routes.

4. Shipping Costs:

We believe in 100% transparent pricing with zero hidden fees at checkout.

  • Standard Freight Shipping: . We offer completely free shipping on all cargo trailer orders to the lower 48 states.
  • Express Shipping: Due to the complexities of coordinating heavy flatbed trucks and DOT weigh stations, expedited or overnight shipping is not available for cargo trailers.

5. Shipping Carriers:

You are ordering a heavy-duty vehicle, not a small parcel. Therefore, standard mail carriers (like USPS, UPS Ground, or standard FedEx) cannot be used.

  • We use the following carriers to deliver your orders: Specialized LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Freight carriers, heavy-duty flatbed transporters, and dedicated hotshot towing professionals.
  • Curbside Delivery Only: Your driver will perform a curbside delivery at the end of your driveway or commercial lot. Drivers are not permitted to navigate tight residential backyards or unpaved terrain. An adult must be present to sign the Bill of Lading (BOL).

6. Tracking Your Order:

Keeping tabs on a high-ticket item is crucial for your peace of mind.

  • Once your order finishes processing and leaves our yard, we’ll email you a dispatch confirmation with your tracking/freight bill number.
  • You can track your trailer’s journey using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  • Most Importantly: The assigned freight driver will call the phone number on your order file prior to arrival to schedule a firm delivery appointment window.

7. Shipping Restrictions:

Moving heavy machinery requires adequate space and safe conditions.

  • We are unable to ship to the following locations: Addresses accessed only by narrow dirt roads, low-clearance bridges, or steep mountain passes that are unsafe for commercial flatbed trucks.
  • Additionally, if the delivery truck arrives and the driver determines the drop-off location is unsafe or inaccessible for a 50-foot commercial rig, you may be required to meet the driver at a nearby accessible commercial lot to safely transfer the trailer.
