What to Have Ready When You Call To help us serve you faster, please have the following information ready depending on your needs:

  1. For Existing Orders: Please have your 5-digit Order Number and the exact billing name ready so we can pull up your dispatch file.
  2. For Warranty Claims: Please have your 17-digit Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) ready. You can find this on the metal plate welded to the tongue of your trailer. You can also initiate this process directly via our Warranty & Claims Page.
  3. For Returns or Title Issues: Please review the strict titling requirements in our Return & Refund Policy before calling, and ensure you have your Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin (MCO) on hand.
